The Elite chapter is producing more and more business referrals month on month. In October 67 referrals were passed.
The number of referrals is a key indicator of how well the chapter is performing as a source of business opportunities for its members. The good news is that as our membership grows so do the number of referrals passed. Last year we averaged about 40 per month but this year we are looking to go towards 70.
Every month we do a reality check on the referrals passed the previous month, monitoring whether the referral has been followed through and most importantly whether it resulted in business. We also track the value of business done as a result of referrals. In October over £40,000 of business was recorded by the chapter. That is real business value produced by BNI Elite Chapter.
